SUNREEF 74 S/Y 19TH HOLE
This beautiful Sunreef 74 catamaran delivered in 2015 is a perfect match for clients looking for a family yacht, on board which they will be able to sail the world. She is also a very successful chartering vessel and won the heart of charter clients all over the world. Since the
delivery in 2015, she has had the same owner, keeping her in perfect shape. The interior layout of this boat consists of 4 guest cabins – 2 VIP cabins (one on the aft of each hull) with queen size bed and 2 cabins forward with twin beds convertible to a double. The twin cabins have an additional third bed located on the inner side of the hull, what makes it a great configuration for children or family. All cabins have ensuite bathrooms with showers decorated in mosaic.

The salon with the galley up is a very bright area thanks to wrap-around windows. On the main deck the guest can relax in a spacious salon, with a L-shape sofa dotted with 2 poufs, being at the same time a lounge and dining area. The galley is separated from the living area with a large bar. This configuration creates a great family atmosphere or a perfect place for the crew to serve drinks and snacks.
The interor is designed in a color palette of dark brown and white tones. Off-white and amethyst upholstery together with wenge and white lacquered paneling creates a relaxed ambiance.

19th Hole offers an abundance of exterior space for entertainment and relaxation. There is an array of sunbathing areas from the impressive bow mattresses to the sun lounge surrounding the flybridge sofa. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining at the large aft deck table or on the flybridge, where the U-shaped sofa is fully protected by a hardtop. Both aft cockpit and flybridge are equipped with an ice maker and fridge.

As for crew accommodation, there is a single cabin in each forpeak, one of them equipped with a separated bathroom (shower and electric toilet) and the other with a manual toilet. Furthermore, there is another crew cabin on the aft, accessible from the cockpit, with a double
bed and an ensuite bathroom.
